Additional learning support

At our school, we ensure every student is ready to learn. We support students with disability and additional learning needs so they can take part in all areas of school life. You do not need a formal diagnosis for your child to receive support in a mainstream class. Support can begin at any stage of school.

Our school programs

We provide extra support that students can chose to attend:

Homework Centre
The Homework Centre runs every  Monday and Wednesday  in the library from 3:00pm to 4:40 PM. This is a great opportunity for students to receive extra support with homework and assessments, with  tutors available to provide guidance  across various subjects.
Fast Track
A support program for Year 7 and 8 students where students work with the Learning and Support team to strengthen literacy and numeracy skills. The Fast Track program runs every Tuesday and Wednesday in the Learning Hub from 8:00am to 8:45am.
Senior Drop In
Senior Drop In sessions run in the Learning Hub for students needing support in completing assessments and studying. These sessions align with the school timetable so they do not impact classes.
