RBSC does Movember

Movember is a leading charity changing the face of men’s health. They're addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention. Read more on their website

RBSC is getting involved by encouraging Staff and Student’s to ‘Grow a Mo’.

Our RBSC Team is called 'The Mo Men of Dover'. To join, create a user profile and become a Mo Bro (or Mo Space as it’s referred to)

Females may also become involved by signing up as a Mo Sista. There is no pressure on female staff and students to propagate top lip hair, but they are most welcome to, or you may be involved in other ways - see site for details.

To donate to a team member search for The Mo Men of Dover or donate to the whole team. Please ask friends and family to donate as well. See our team site here

The SRC are kick-starting our campaign by donating the proceeds of Halloween Day on Wednesday 31st of October to the cause.

Each week on Tuesday Plaza Assembly, Staff and SRC will collect a weekly bucket donation, before we culminate with our hosting our school ‘Mo-Ment’ on Friday 30th November, with a BBQ at Break 2 in the Plaza, where all proceeds will also go to the cause.

On this day we will also have voting for awards for our favourite Mo’s, including the following categories

The rules are simple, sign up, be clean shaven on the 1st of November and get growing and fundraising for 30 days! Our school fundraising target it $5000 combined, so let’s come together and do our bit for a worthy cause.

For further information see Mr Smith in the C-Block Staffroom.
