Careers Day at The Intercontinental Hotel

This week 17 students from Year 9 - 11 visited the Intercontinental Hotel as part of 'Sydney Hospitality Week' to explore the range of careers and employment options available through the Hotel Industry in Australia and overseas.

Students enjoyed the amazing spaces at the Intercontinental Hotel, including the view from the new rooftop bar and the exclusive suites on the 26th floor. As part of the exploration of careers in the Culinary division students decorated biscuits and chatted with the Head Chef and the Head Pastry Chef.This was a fantastic learning opportunity for students and was made possible by the REIP (Regional Education and Industry Partnerships) Program.
