Round 2 mock trial

On May 1, students from the RSBC Mock Trial team went to Kincoppal to defend the fictional Jackie Tilley in an assault case.

After two hours of questioning and objecting, Rose Bay managed to win the case and prove the defendants innocence, but unfortunately did not come out on top in points. The Mock Trial gave students the opportunity to engage in a court environment, allowing them to gain experience in law and public speaking. 

In the next round of the Mock Trial competition Rose Bay will be hosting Kambala. The Rose Bay team will represent the plaintiff in a case against Westfield for negligence leading to injury.
